Returns & Exchanges

At the BodyBlouse®, we want you to be pleased with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may exchange, replace, or credit your purchase when it is presented in saleable condition. Return the merchandise within 30 days to receive a replacement or an online in-store credit.

Payment

All payments made to Pam Thomas Designs are made through PayPal. You do NOT need to have a PayPal account in order to make and you may pay with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover or your Bank Account.

Shipping

A flat rate shipping fee of $10.25 is added to every order. Please allow approx. 7 days for delivery. For delivery to PO Boxes in Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, International and APO/FPO addresses, allow three weeks for delivery.

Sales Tax

• Sales tax will be charged for purchases shipped to the following state(s): Tennessee at 9.75%.

We may also record which products you are interested in or enquire after so as to improve our features and customer service on our website.

Postal addresses and telephone numbers are used for processing orders, delivering merchandise, obtaining information and when communication is needed directly relating to orders or enquiries placed through our site.
